Meet The Team
My career began 17 years ago when I joined Magnolia Springs, formerly owned by Grandview Care, Inc. Over the past seventeen years, I have been very fortunate to have had the opportunity to grow and transition through multiple roles within the same entity. With hard work and education, I was able to transition from administrative assistant in 2004 to accounting assistant, accountant and then staff accountant at the corporate offices over the next 10 ½ years.
Director of Community Relations
Taylor Murta, a native Kentuckian, is the Director of Community Relations for Magnolia Springs Louisville and helps seniors and their families navigate senior living options. She brings with her a strong work ethic, an eagerness to learn, and a passion to serve our seniors. Taylor has been helping older adults hear better for the past nine years in her previous role as a Hearing Instrument Specialist.
Business Office Manager
Nick began working in assisted living facilities when he was a junior attending St. Xavier High School. His employment with Magnolia Springs began in 2011 serving in the dining room and eventually progressing into the Activities Department. Nick graduated from Western Kentucky University with a Business Administration Degree in May of 2014.
Director of Resident Services
Danielle Richardson has been a Registered Nurse for nearly 20 years. She started her nursing career in the United States Army in 2004. Throughout her career, she has been known for ensuring all those within her care received the highest level of care she can offer. She has a passion for providing compassionate and quality care, and she has played a large part in helping all her former places of work run efficiently and effectively. When she is not at work, she enjoys baking and spending time with her husband and two sons.
Director of Memory Care
Sheri Robinson joined Magnolia Springs Louisville in April 2022 as our Director of Memory Care. She has over 30 years of health care experience and earned her nursing degree from Ivy Tech University (Sellersburg, IN). Sheri was born in Maysville, Kentucky but has lived all over the country as her father transferred during his career in the U.S. Air Force.
Director of Life Enrichment
Rami began his career with Magnolia Springs Louisville in 2016. He started as a server in our dining room providing excellent customer service and hospitality, moved to Dining Room Manager and is now the Director of Life Enrichment. Rami is an energetic, hands-on person who loves to converse and have fun!
Director of Culinary Services
Jazmin began working at Magnolia Springs Louisville in 2014. Prior to her role as the Director of Culinary Services, Jazmin worked a few other positions at the community. She started as a dishwasher and as she began to break out of her shell, she took interest in serving. Through hard work, dedication and support from her team members, she took a step into the kitchen as a prep cook which opened the door to allow her to expand her passion of cooking.
Director of Plant Operations
Travis joined the Magnolia Springs Louisville family in 2021 as the Maintenance Assistant and was quickly promoted to Director of Plant Operations in 2022. His job duties include getting apartments ready for new residents, ensuring all life safety policies and procedures are followed, and making sure every aspect of the building is in good repair and functioning well.
Travis says his goal is to, “provide a safe and secure environment for all whom work and reside at our location.”Travis has 15 plus years of experience in food industry management and quality. In fact, in 1990 he was the youngest General Manager of a Papa John’s Pizza store. In Travis’s time outside of work, you can find him enjoying being a father of two and riding his Harley motorcycle.
